Submission of Newspaper Publication regarding Notice for proposed shifting of Registered Office.

Capital Ltd has published a newspaper notice regarding its proposed application to the Central Government for shifting its Registered Office from the State of Haryana to the National Capital Territory of Delhi. This move follows a Special Resolution passed at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 25, 2026.
