Rajan Sleeba has over 40 years of expeience in the banking industry in various roles, of which 21 years were with Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. He has handled wide and varied areas of banking including Credit, Branch Banking, Human Resources etc. He previously held the positions of Regional Head of different regions of the bank. Presently, he is the Head- Human Resources of the Bank. Shri. Rajan Sleeba holds a Master of Laws (LLM) and has also passed CAIIB.
