subsidiaries including Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and its
subsidiaries and for the Connected Persons commencing from 01St July, 2026 till the declaration of
Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30st June, 2026 and two days
thereafter.
The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the
quarter ended 30th June, 2026 will be intimated to you in due course of time.
