Shareholders meeting

Inox Wind Limited announced the successful passing of two special resolutions at its 13th Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 22, 2026. Shareholders approved the continuation of Shri Mukesh Manglik as a Non-Executive Director upon reaching 75 years of age and also ratified a revision in the fixed remuneration of Shri Devansh Jain, the Whole-Time Director. Both resolutions received overwhelming support from shareholders, indicating strong confidence in the company's governance and management decisions.
