Bannari Amman Sugars Limited has published newspaper advertisements informing shareholders about a special window for the transfer and dematerialisation of physical securities. This window, mandated by a SEBI circular, is open from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027. It allows investors to dematerialise physical shares bought before April 1, 2019, especially those with previous rejected or unsubmitted transfer requests. Shares transferred during this period will be mandatorily credited in dematerialised form and will be subject to a one-year lock-in.
