The figures for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of full financial year and the unaudited published year-to-date figures upto 31 December 2025 which were subjected to limited review. The financial results of the Company have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards ('Ind AS') prescribed under Section 133 of Companies Act, 2013 (“the Act”), read with relevant rules thereunder and in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended). The Ministry of Labour & Employment (MoLE), Government of India, has announced the implementation of four Labour Codes viz. the Code on Wages, 2019, the industrial Relations Code, 2020, the Code on Social Security, 2020 and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, effective 21 November 2025.The impact of implementation of the Labour Codes has resulted in an increase of INR 80.4 million (including increase of INR 34.8 million during the quarter ended 31 March 2026) in the liabilities for defined benefit obligation and compensated absences.
