This is to inform you that at the 26th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, concluded today at the Tamilnadu Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Madurai – 625009, the Chairman of the Company ordered a poll on all the resolutions set out under Item Nos. 01 to 08 of the Notice convening the 26th AGM. The poll was conducted to provide voting facility to all the shareholders and proxy holders who attended the AGM and not exercised their vote through e-voting, in proportion to their shareholding. The details of the voting results in respect of all the resolutions set out under Item Nos. 01 to 08 of the Notice of the 26th AGM, including the results of remote e-voting conducted from 26th July, 2026 to 28th July, 2026 and voting by Ballot conducted at the AGM on 29th July, 2026, will be submitted separately upon declaration of the voting results, in the format prescribed under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
