Tata Power Company Limited announced that the Ministry of Power, Government of India, has extended the validity of directions issued under Section 11 of the Electricity Act, 2003, for its Mundra Thermal Plant. The directions, originally valid until June 30, 2026, will now remain in force until September 30, 2026. This extension ensures continued operational clarity for the plant for an additional three months.
