The Company has, from time to time, made necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchanges in relation to the Scheme, as required under applicable laws. The sequence of key events is as under: a) The Board of Directors of the Company approved the proposed Scheme at its meeting held on December 19, 2025. b) The Company thereafter made the necessary intimations / filings with the Stock Exchanges on December 19, 2025 c) Receipt of ‘No observations letters’ from Stock Exchanges on 22 April 2026, respectively. d) The Company thereafter made the necessary intimations / filings with the Stock Exchanges on April 23, 2026. e) The Company filed the requisite notice with CCI in relation to the proposed Scheme on May 12, 2026. f) CCI approved the proposed Scheme on July 28, 2026. The proposed amalgamation has been undertaken pursuant to the Scheme approved by the Board of Directors and disclosed to the stock exchanges from time to time.
