Consequently, the shareholding in Aussee Oats Milling Private Limited has increased from 50% to 100% with respect to all shares. Accordingly, Aussee Oats Milling Private Limited, which was previously an Associate Company of the Company, has now become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with effect from June 23, 2026.
