Shareholders meeting

Ajooni Biotech Limited held its 16th Annual General Meeting on July 29, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting was attended by 60449 shareholders. The company received, considered, and adopted the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting also re-appointed a director in place of Mr. Gursimran Singh, who retires by rotation. The company also increased its authorized share capital and issued equity shares on a preferential basis.
