Closure of Trading Window

Mukesh Babu Financial Services Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective July 1, 2026. This is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and is in anticipation of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after these results are declared.
