Marksans Pharma Limited has launched its 'Second 100 Day Campaign - Saksham Niveshak' to assist shareholders in claiming unclaimed dividends from FY2018-19 onwards, preventing their transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). The campaign, initiated based on an MCA directive, also encourages shareholders to update their KYC details, contact information, bank account details, and nominations. This initiative aims to enhance transparency and ensure direct claim processing for investors.
