Trading Window

Dodla Dairy Limited announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, promoters, directors, and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This is a routine compliance measure as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading ahead of financial disclosures. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these results will be intimated later.
