Trading Window

Cinevista Limited has informed the exchanges about the closure of its trading window for Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal Insider Trading Code.
