The authority has determined the market value of the transferred property, including land, buildings, plant and machinery, at ₹ 1,542.60 million and concluded that additional stamp duty was payable on the transaction. Based on such determination, the authority has ordered recovery of alleged deficient stamp duty of ₹ 53.47 million along with penalties aggregating to ₹ 55.07 million, resulting in a total demand of ₹ 108.54 million.
