We hereby inform that the Company has received an order dated July 22, 2026, from the Office
of the Superintendent of Stamps, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, in relation to Sale Deed executed by the
Company in connection with the acquisition of certain assets from Sterling Biotech Limited, a
joint venture company. The authority has determined the market value of the transferred
property, including land, buildings, plant and machinery, at ₹ 1,542.60 million and concluded that
additional stamp duty was payable on the transaction. Based on such determination, the
authority has ordered recovery of alleged deficient stamp duty of ₹ 53.47 million along with
penalties aggregating to ₹ 55.07 million, resulting in a total demand of ₹ 108.54 million.
