NTPC Limited announced the declaration of commercial operation for Unit#2 (800 MW) of Patratu STPP Phase-1 of its subsidiary, PVUNL, effective June 25, 2026. This addition significantly boosts the NTPC group's operational capacity, bringing its total installed capacity to 90,857 MW and commercial capacity to 89,777 MW. The commencement of operations for this unit is expected to enhance the company's power generation capabilities and contribute positively to future revenue streams.
