Closure of Trading window of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026

Sera Investments & Finance India Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, including directors, identified employees, KMPs, and the promoter group. The window will close from July 1, 2026, and remain shut until two days after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
