Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation with the Outcome of Board Meeting dated 24.07.2026 regarding partial divestment of 16,75,000 equity shares held by the Godawari Power and Ispat Limited (GPIL/Company) in Jammu Pigments Limited (JPL) to the Promoters of JPL and/or their relatives or affiliates at a Fair Value of Rs. 298.45 per share aggregating to Rs.49.99 Crores. We would like to inform you that GPIL has transferred 7,74,000 equity shares of JPL on 28.07.2026 into the respective buyer's account towards the consideration of Rs 23.10 Crores received. Post conclusion of the first tranche of transfer of 7,74,000 equity shares of JPL, GPIL's stake reduced from 43.96 % to 39.99 % in JPL. Kindly take the above infomation on record.
