Suvidha Hospital, Uni. Road, Rajkot, Gujarat, India, 360005 which commenced at 10:30 A.M. and concluded at 11:00 A.M., has considered and approved the Corporate Office of the Company to be situated at Krishna Complex, ARK 203, Nr. Suvidha Hospital, Uni. Road, Rajkot, Gujarat, India, 360005, with immediate effect. In this regard, it is further informed that the shareholders of the Company had, at the Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, 19th August, 2025, approved the shifting of the Registered Office of the Company to the above-mentioned address. Pursuant thereto, the Company has filed the requisite application with the Regional Director, Mumbai, seeking approval for shifting its Registered Office from one State to another. The said application is presently pending, and the requisite approval is awaited. In view of the same, and pending receipt of the approval from the Regional Director, and in order to ensure continuity of business operations, the Company shall operate from the aforesaid premises as its Corporate Office with immediate effect.
