Oricon Enterprises Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated subsequently.
