In this connection, we wish to inform that the above captioned news item headline is correct, and the Company hereby clarify that the above said news pertains to the Company’s joint press release with Global Antibiotic Research & Development Partnership Foundation (“GARDP”) made on July 27, 2026 titled as “Thai FDA approves NUZOLVENCE® (zoliflodacin) just six months after US authorization.” Further, as required, please take on record below clarifications on the following points: • Whether such negotiations were taking place? If so, you are advised to provide the said information along with the sequence of events in chronological order from the start of negotiations till date - Not applicable. • Whether you/company are aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which could explain the aforesaid movement in the trading, if any?
