Closure of Trading window intimation for the quarter ended 30.06.2026

ERP Soft Systems Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons.
