Intimation of closure of trading window

Triveni Enterprises Ltd announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, for all directors, KMPs, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated later.
