Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

KCL Infra Projects Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.
