In this regard, we wish to inform you that: a. The 20th AGM of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 02:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’), in accordance with relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’). b. A copy of Notice of 20th AGM (‘Notice’) along with the Integrated Report & Financial Statements 2025-26 (‘Integrated Annual Report’) and Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (‘BRSR’) for financial year 2025-26 are enclosed and are also being sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ RTA/ Depository Participant(s)/ Depositories as on Friday, July 24, 2026. c. Pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has issued letters to those Shareholder’s whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/ RTA/ Depository Participant(s), providing the weblink and a QR code of the Company’s website to access the Notice, Integrated Annual Report and other relevant documents. d. In compliance with the applicable laws, the Company is providing the facility of remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM to its members in respect of all the resolutions set forth in the Notice. The cut-off date for the purpose of reckoning the voting rights of members for the AGM is Wednesday, August 12, 2026 (‘Cut-off date’). Accordingly, all eligible members as on Cut-off date shall be entitled for e-voting. The remote e-voting shall commence from 9.00 A.M. (IST) on Saturday, August 15, 2026 and shall remain open till 5:00 P.M. (IST) on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
