Intimation of Closure of Trading Window.

Indian Sucrose Ltd announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be intimated separately.
