Gayatri Highways Limited (GHL) has provided an update on the sale of its 49% stake in associate company HKR Roadways Limited. The sale, governed by a Securities Purchase Agreement dated February 12, 2026, is now anticipated to be completed on or before September 30, 2026, pending HKR Roadways Limited's compliance with certain conditions. GHL expects to receive approximately INR 200 Crores from this divestment, with a potential additional INR 48 Crores contingent on Wholesale Price Index related events. HKR Roadways Limited contributed a modest 0.63% to GHL's net profit in FY 2024-25.
