(IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”), in compliance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, we wish to inform that: 1. The Integrated Annual Report for FY26, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, together with the Notice convening the 10th AGM, has been sent today, i.e. Tuesday, July 28, 2026, through electronic mode to all Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depository Participants. 2. The Integrated Annual Report for FY26 and Notice of the AGM are also available on the website of the Company at www.maxestates.in. 3. The entire shareholding of the Company is held in dematerialised form. 4. The Company is providing the facility to vote by electronic means, i.e. remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM, on all resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM to Members holding shares as on the cut-o(cid:260) date, i.e. Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The remote e-voting period will commence on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at 0900 hrs. (IST) and will end on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 1700 hrs. (IST).
