We refer to your communication vide L/SURV /ONL/PV SJ/ 2026-2027 I 4093 dated 27th July
2026 seeking information/ announcement (including impending announcement) that may
have a bearing on the price behaviour in the scrip of the Company.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has been regular and prompt in
making all the required disclosures. We further wish to clarify that other than those reported
to the Stock Exchange till date, there have been no reportable significant developments in the
