Navin Fluorine International Ltd. has announced the scheduling of a Board of Directors meeting on August 05, 2026, to consider, approve, and take on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from June 30, 2026, to August 07, 2026.
