R1, R2 and R3, SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Pappankuppam Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District – 601 201, Tamil Nadu. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Director of Industrial Safety and Health, Chennai, acting as the Appellate Authority under Section 107 of the Factories Act, 1948, vide Order No. C3/18838/2026 dated July 27, 2026, has permitted the Company to recommence manufacturing operations at its Unit-II manufacturing facility, except for the shed affected by the fire incident on July 14, 2026. The said order has been passed pursuant to a review petition filed by the Occupier of the Company and upon consideration of the inspection report submitted by the Additional Director, Industrial Safety and Health, Chennai, following a re-inspection conducted on July 25, 2026. The inspection report confirmed that the deficiencies identified in the Prohibition Order in respect of the manufacturing areas of Unit-II for which resumption of operations has been permitted under the said order have been satisfactorily rectified and the requisite safety measures have been implemented. Renovation and restoration activities in respect of the manufacturing shed affected by the fire incident are in full swing, and the Company is taking all necessary steps to complete the requisite statutory and safety-related compliances at the earliest. The Company will periodically update the progress of the renovation works and the regulatory approvals required for recommencement of manufacturing operations in the said shed. Further, the details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is given in ‘Annexure- A’ to this letter.
