Closure of trading window for Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2026

Abhishek Infraventures Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective July 1, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will remain closed for designated persons and their associates until 48 hours post-results announcement, to be followed by a separate Board Meeting intimation.
