This is to inform you that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and
Reporting of Trading by Insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the
Trading Window for dealing in the securities of Tarsons Products Limited (“the Company”) will remain
closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, July 01,
2026 until 48 hours after the declaration and dissemination of the Unaudited Financial Results
(Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Accordingly, all the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company
during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window.
The details of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and
Consolidated) shall be intimated in due course.
