(IST), through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India. In compliance of relevant circulars, the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 comprising Notice of 56th AGM, will be sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with their Depository Participant (DP)/ Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA). Further, a letter providing the web-link, including the exact path, where Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 is available, will be sent to those members who have not registered their e-mail address with the Company / Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants.
