Trading Window

The Ruby Mills Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from July 01, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the Board Meeting where the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, will be considered. Directors, officers, designated employees, related parties, auditors, and their dependent family members are prohibited from trading during this period.
