(IST), through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India. In compliance of relevant circulars, the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 comprising Notice of 56th AGM, will be sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with their Depository Participant (DP)/ Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA). Further, a letter providing the web-link, including the exact path, where Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 is available, will be sent to those members who have not registered their e-mail address with the Company / Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants. The Company has fixed the following date(s) in connection with the ensuing 56th AGM: Particulars Relevant dates Record date for payment of final dividend Monday, 17th August, 2026 on approval of shareholders. The cut-off date for the purpose of Cut-off date: determining the voting rights of the shareholders and period of remote e- Monday, 17th August, 2026 voting. Remote e-voting period: Commences Thursday, 20th August, on: 2026 (9:00 a.m. IST) Ends on: Sunday, 23rd August, 2026 (5:00 p.m. IST) Date of sending of documents for claiming exemption from TDS or tax at concessional On or before Wednesday, 19 August, 2026 rates at dividend.tax@hudco.org (5:00 p.m. IST) The final dividend on equity shares, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the AGM, will be paid to the members within 30 days of declaration.
