The details required under the SEBI Circular are provided below: Particulars Details Industry or area to which the Industrial Chemicals – Fluorine Chemicals, specifically manufacture new line of business belongs of Aluminium Fluoride (AlF ), utilizing Hydrofluorosilicic Acid (HFSA), a by-product generated during phosphoric acid production. Expected benefits The proposed project will enable value addition to HFSA by converting a low-value by-product into a high-value industrial chemical, diversify the Company's revenue streams into industrial chemicals, improve profitability and operating margins, strengthen fluorine management, support circular economy and sustainability initiatives, and create opportunities for future expansion into fluorine- based specialty chemicals.
