BJCL owns a 2.2 MnTPA Grinding Unit in Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) along with a 1.1 Mn TPA Clinker Unit at Babupur (Madhya Pradesh). The transaction is subject to the approval of the resolution plan by the National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack and other regulatory authorities. Kindly take the same on record.
