Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, by way of a resolution passed by circulation in accordance with Section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Secretarial Standard-1 (SS-1), approved, in principle, the proposal to change the name of the Company from "Bodhtree Consulting Limited" to "Datakosa Limited" or, alternatively, "Datakosa One Limited", subject to the availability and approval of the proposed name. The proposed change of name is subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies, approval of the shareholders by way of a Special Resolution, and such other statutory and regulatory approvals, including those of BSE Limited, as may be applicable.
