Trading Window

Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX) announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the release of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. It applies to all insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, with the board meeting date for results to be communicated subsequently.
