Gayatri Highways Limited has provided an update regarding its acquisition of a 23.00% equity stake in HKR Roadways Limited from Kotak Special Situations Fund. The completion timeline for acquiring 10,67,729 equity shares of HKR Roadways, which was initially expected by June 30, 2026, has now been extended to on or before September 30, 2026. This delay is due to certain conditions HKR Roadways Limited needs to comply with, as obligated under the Securities Purchase Agreement, while all other terms of the sale remain unchanged.
