Trading Window

Carraro India Limited announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company publicly announces its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.
