Shiva Mills Ltd has announced the notice of its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and e-voting information. The AGM will be held on August 27, 2026, through video conferencing. Shareholders can attend and participate in the meeting through VC/OAVM facility only. The instructions for joining the meeting are provided in the Notice of the AGM. Members are also provided with the facility to cast their votes on all resolutions set forth in the Notice of the AGM using remote electronic voting system (remote e-voting) provided by MUFG. Additionally, the Company is providing the facility of voting through e-voting during the AGM.
