Sub: Intimation of Book closure and Record Date

We would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting {'AGM') of the Members of the
Company will be held on Thursday, 20th August 2026 through Video Conferencing /Other
Audio-Visual Means, in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of
Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from 14th August 2026 to 20th
August 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed the Record Date as 13th August, 2026 to ascertain
the eligibility of Members entitled to cast their vote electronically on all the resolutions to be
passed at the AGM and for dividend.
