As part of the Company’s leadership succession planning process, Mr. Karan Sehgal will join the Company on 3rd August, 2026. Following a structured transition and induction programme, Mr. Sehgal will assume responsibility as Head Sales, Unitary Products Business with effect from 1st October, 2026. Mr. Jaitly will continue in service until his retirement on 31st March, 2027 and will work closely with Mr. Sehgal to ensure an orderly and seamless transition of responsibilities.
