("Metaldyne") in relation to the civil suit titled Metaldyne Powertrain Components Inc. v. Sansera Engineering Limited, Case No. 2:21-cv-03588-BHH, pending before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, Charleston Division. Pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement, the Company has today, i.e. July 28, 2026, paid an amount of USD 2,000,000 (Two Million United States Dollars) to Metaldyne towards full and final settlement for the aforesaid matter, and thereby discharging its obligations under the Settlement Agreement. Consequent to the payment of the settlement amount in accordance with the Settlement Agreement, there are no further material financial implications on the Company arising out of the said matter.
