The final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM, if declared. Further, the Company has fixed Friday, September 11, 2026 as the “Cut-off Date” for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 27th Annual General Meeting.
