24th June, 2026 for consideration and approval of “General Information Document” (‘GID’) for
issuance of POWERGRID Debentures (“Debt Securities” / “Bonds”) in one or more tranches or
through one or more issuances, for the fiscal year 2026-27, on a Private Placement basis, by
“Committee of Directors for Bonds” in its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, 26th June, 2026.
Trading window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results
of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026.
