Trading Window

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited announced the closure of its trading window from June 24, 2026, in compliance with SEBI insider trading regulations. This closure precedes a meeting by the Committee of Directors for Bonds on June 26, 2026, to consider and approve a General Information Document for issuing POWERGRID Debentures through private placement for the fiscal year 2026-27. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Q1 FY27 financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
