Closure of Trading Window from Wednesday 1st July, 2026 for declaration of Unaudited Financial statement for quarter ended 30th June 2026

Albert David Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This action is mandated by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in anticipation of the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company will also freeze PANs of Designated Persons through CDSL as per recent SEBI circulars. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are publicly announced.
